High Protein Pancakes, Low Carb and Low Glycemic

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 cups egg whites
• 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
• 1 teaspoon cinnamin
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 stevia’s or z-sweet
• vanila or banana protein
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together, make a batter. Grill in skillet using Pam ® - makes 10 six inch pancakes. Use All natural or organic maple syrup or mixed berries to sweeten
A small handful of unsalted pecans or walnuts are great on top!
NOTE: You can double the recipe for more pancakes. They will stay fresh in the refrigerator in a plastic sealed bag. Just microwave for 30 seconds and eat.
